You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt to the address below and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased) There may also be a restocking fee of up to 50% if bottle is not returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost package.

Orders are picked and processed 1 day on average. All orders ship from Miami, Florida. Upon your orders shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, via UPS or USPS. Please note we may take 2 business days in high volume seasons to process orders. 

UPS 2 Day takes 2 business days for transit, USPS can be 2-8 days  (next day for local Miami deliveries). For large orders UPS Ground will be used for transit which could take 1-7 days (depended on distance from Florida).
